As part of our efforts to minimise traffic road accidents in the country,
we are informing you that we are continuing our Road Safety Awareness sensitisation on the Television at Star TV every Tuesday.
The weekly program started two weeks ago and is usually live on Star TV and its social media platforms at 2pm.
The one-hour live program usually features representatives from NRA and its partners, the Gambia Transport Union, Road Safety Expert and others, to discuss road safety and its related issues.
The Panellists for today’s program are:
Mr Sulayman Sumareh Janneh, Deputy Managing Director, NRA
Mr Omar Ceesay, President, Transport Union
Dr Momodou Gassama, Road Safety Expert and Former Focal Person on Road Safety at W.H.O and Mr Modou Lamin Badjie, CEO of Front Star Driving School.
Today’s topic is the proper use of Roundabouts and Turning Points.
The Panelists explore how to approach, enter, navigate, and exit roundabouts safely and effectively.
