The Lot 4 roads project, is located in the Western Region and constitutes part of the country’s Western transportation link.

The project consists of the construction of four (4) roads, approximately 20.7km in total length and all the roads are currently on sealing level.

The Contractor for this project is SOMAGEC, while GAMECS is the Consultant

The contractor has already sealed 8km of the road, leaving 2km remaining.

JOREM NEMA KUNDA – JOREM BUNDA KUNDA – (1.45KM).

The sealing is 99% completed, with the road signs and markings remaining.

SANGAJOR – DASILAMI – 5.78KM

After completing the priming, the contractor is now focusing on sealing

KANFENDA –MANDINA – 5.10KM

The contractor is currently on priming stage.

Overall work progress is 80%.

GIBORO-SOHM 13KM

Following the completion of the removal of the topsoil, the Contractor has completed 1km of base course.

As work is currently in progress, sections outside of the community are currently on subgrade and subbase level, while inside the community is already at subbase level.
