The 102km road project is contracted to Long Jin Construction (a Chinese company), and Gamecs (a Gambian company) is the Consultant.

The project consists of the construction of twelve (12) roads, approximately 102 km in total length and all the roads are currently on base level.

The contractor is actively working on five of the 12 project roads. Overall work progress is estimated at 62.2%.
